Jacob Mishalanie, Co-Founder & Production Lead

Jacob is a Nashville-based production expert with over 12 years in sound, video, and overall management. A graduate of the University of North Alabama in Entertainment Technology, he's honed his skills through collaborations with bands and production companies in Nashville, TN, and Florence, AL. As Production Manager for the Christian band Cain, Jacob orchestrated complex live productions, handling lighting, audio setups, and ensuring seamless performances under pressure. His strengths in audio mixing, equalization, multi-channel processing, video editing, and real-time problem-solving make him essential for turning ideas into polished, immersive experiences that connect on a deeper level.

Thomas Garner, Co-Founder & Creative Lead

Thomas, based in North Alabama, has been immersed in photography and video production since 2012. In 2016, he founded a digital marketing company serving clients across Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kentucky in industries like industrial, restaurant, agricultural, and small business. He's a master of composition, lighting, post-processing for photography, and scripting, shooting, editing for video, creating content that tells authentic stories. Thomas also excels in digital campaigns with SEO, social media strategies, analytics for growth, website design for user-friendly experiences, and strategic branding to build loyalty and differentiation.
